Active Dreaming is an original synthesis of modern dream work, the world’s cultural dreaming traditions, indigenous wisdom (shamanism), and scientific theories. It was developed by Robert Moss, an independent scholar and best-selling author. Active Dreaming is a compilation of techniques and practices that help people improve their sleep, process dreams, and get the nourishment they need for their psyche, mind and soul from night or daydreams. Through this style of coaching, you will gain an understanding of how to become a dream catcher, the importance of keeping a dream journal, playing the Lightning Dreamwork game, recovering from possible dream draughts, make friends with nightmares and examine ways to get a better good nights sleep.
